Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to request a return, exchange, or refund. Once we receive your request, our team will review the case and guide you on the next steps (return, exchange, or refund if applicable).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

When You Receive Your Order

Please check your items at the time of delivery.

If you notice a size issue, defect, or you simply don’t wish to keep the product, you may hand it back to the delivery agent right away.

Items not eligible for Return / Refund / Exchange

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

Sale or discounted items marked “Final Sale.”

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to our outlet.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical outlet at Khulshi Town Center Concord Shopping Mall.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
